Nothing is more powerful than knowledge, and understanding what is right and wrong in training methodology, dieting techniques and proper use of form will help to maximize your growth potential and ensure your longevity in the sport of bodybuilding.

Not having the experience or knowledge in proper form and training methods and allowing your ego to take over while training with friends, can sometimes lead you to undesirable effects. Bad form and too much weight are the leading cause of injuries and will deteriorate your training efforts and waste all your hard earned money spent attaining your physique. Knowing how and when to train heavy and when to train with light weight and high reps will keep you building the body you envision and keep you off the side-lines.
