Favorite body part to train: Back!

Least favorite body part to train: I don't have a least favorite because I know I am improving each time!

Favorite off-season meal: Definitely sushi and wine.

Favorite on-season meal: Beef, rice, and vegetables.

Favorite supplements: My essentials are BCAA's and Glutamine.

When I'm not competing I like to continue training at the gym but also staying active by going hiking and doing anything outdoors. I also LOVE to travel and spend more time with my family and friends!

What's in your gym bag? Everything! This includes shoes, socks, headphones, gloves, gum, MxM gear, deodorant, and body spray. I also have my training program and one serving of protein powder (you have to be prepared!).

What kind of advice do you have for beginners?
My advice is to make it a lifestyle, you have to enjoy it! Enjoy the process and take it one day at a time, results don't happen overnight and each day you get a little closer!
